Over the past 12 years, wrestling has taught me discipline, mental toughness, and how to stay focused on my goals. It has also helped me develop leadership skills and learn how to work well with others, especially under pressure. Being part of a team for so long has shown me the value of hard work, accountability, and staying motivated through challenges.
Last summer, I interned at Ford Motor Company in their Marketing, Sales, and Service department. I gained hands-on experience working on real business problems, learned how to communicate clearly with both customers and coworkers, and saw how a large company works behind the scenes. I also worked with data, helped with marketing plans, and saw how sales teams connect with customers to meet their needs.
This upcoming summer, I’ll be starting a full-time job at ADP as a Digital HR Sales Consultant. I’m excited to grow my skills in sales, build strong relationships with clients, and learn more about how businesses manage their people. I’m ready to take what I’ve learned from sports and past work experience and apply it in the professional world.
